Find Controllers works without a joy-con. You can use the touchscreen to get in to the menu in the first place, and just hold your finger down on whichever controller you’re looking for.

I actually used the keyboard a lot in multiplayer Animal Crossing. Helps gets my thoughts out with the quickness! Also helps that the Switch may as well be glued to the dock for all the times I play it handheld.

When I play multiplayer I am not there to make friends (or enemies!). No voice chat, no text chat, nothing. I know I’m a “casual” but I just play to unwind and be as anonymous as I can while doing so. I have 5 PSN friends and they are all friends from real life.
