It looks enough like an action movie that I was considering calling it "Star Trek: 'Splosions", but you can't beat a classic.

Wow, you made @avclub-3be42d8a3412057f79af152555e39bd4:disqus post twice.

@avclub-e1b39c7fa22304c2ee8919ac378c3d42:disqus Why you so cranky?

Speaking of Star Trek, I was expecting a Newswire about the new Star Trek: Bwwaamp trailer yesterday, and nothing ever came of it. The Friday Perv could have started early.
WHAT HAPPENED, AV CLUB?

Is RocknRolla actually a good movie? I got halfway through, and never got up enough interest to finish it. Or is it simply a Hardy vehicle?

The same people from Rocko's Modern Life write Phineas and Ferb? I may have to check this out. I loved that show.

I talked to Henry Rollins after one of his spoken-word gigs. I'm about 5'5", and *I* was taller than him. He is a teeny dude. He talked about going to the middle east to visit the troops or something in his stand-up, and I asked him if he believed in the rumor that Bush knew where Bin Laden was, and was just holding

Well, he got a lifetime of herpes (ALLEGEDLY), or at the very least, a lifetime of herpes rumors. The jury is out on which is worse.

That's so sad. I saw them at a concert a while back, and I had so much fun. They had all the women come up on stage for Planet Girls, and it just turned into a big dance party.

All I remember from "Mouth" is: "Mouth. Mouth. Mouth. Mouth." x like, a billion. Also, from "Cold Contagious": "Cold Contagious". Literally, I cannot remember another lyric from either of those songs. Actually, that's kind of a Bush trademark, isn't it?
Machinehead? "Breathe in, breathe out" x a billion
Swallowed? You

@avclub-884c4beddd8c98bb3b016bdfcc1bcdf8:disqus We can assume he saw her in the field, but when he chased her, she ran off into trees. He then drove back onto the road, and she was in the warehouse building before he showed up in his truck again. Why would she go into that building, and why would he assume she was in

I like that he stopped as soon as there was a bit of scrubby brush between him and Andrea. Like his monster truck couldn't run over a bit of tall grass. Or that he couldn't have caught her on foot.

@jmarquiso:disqus It's one thing to be a little flexible with the "rules" of this universe, but in the first season, there was a whole episode where the group covered themselves in stank zombie guts so that they could go unnoticed through the town. This aspect was never mentioned again.

@avclub-58238e9ae2dd305d79c2ebc8c1883422:disqus  Is you taking notes on a nerd fucking conspiracy?

Booooo. He was good in VM!

I've also read that, and that waxy earwax is linked to having body odor, as well.

You're right, Dave Gahan is underrated. Maybe because there is so much personality and drama surrounding him/the band that it got overshadowed?

Ugh, you really just shot some holes in my theory of Music I Like. I thought I was 100% on the side of technically good singer = good music, but I looved Stay Positive. So now where aammmm Iiiii?

I like the Decemberists because of Meloy's voice. This goes back to the above thread, but I love that he has a really unique voice.

Spoiler alert :(
