Departments will not like the maintenance/wear and tear costs of 4wd twin turbo vehicles. And I always hear officers complain about the lack of trunk/interior room that the charger has. The Caprice will be the next standard police vehicle we see I think. That or the Carbon Motors police car.

Does he not have insurance? His own insurance company should take all the evidence he collected, repair the car or get him a new one, and file suit against the responsible part, the dealership. Im not expert but thats how I think it should be handled.
