I think it was a poor argument that he was trying to make. He was basically trying to say that since 9/11 but before Obama there were no terrorist activities on U.S. soil. However, if you can’t articulate it in an easy to understand sentence, don’t say it at all, or reword it so it actually makes sense.

I’m no Giuliani fan, but this article is misleading by cherry picking a part of the speech. Less than a minute before the clip he mentioned the 1993 and 2001 attacks. He was talking about the time since 9/11 that there weren’t any attacks on soil until Obama came along. I guess that is really 7.5 years, not 8, but…
