Cowboy Bebop and FLCL are both my favorite animes of all time, so I'm cool with this. Its not like Watanabe hasn't done silly stuff before (Cowboy Funk, Mushroom Samba and other episodes in Cowboy Bebop and lots of episodes in Samurai Champloo) And I'm sure there'll be some serious parts for the overarching storyline,

It'll be dubbed on Toonami and will be simulcast on Funimation.com in both subbed and dubbed.

I'm seeing Lupin III meets Redline meets Futurama. This is gonna be AWESOME.

Its available on DVD and Blu-Ray now. Amazon has it. I think it might be on Netflix too.

Now playing

One of my favorite movies as a kid. An underrated classic. Saw it again recently and it still holds up really really well. Especially that soundtrack. ALL THE FEELS.

I told you they'd listen to Reason.

All of the characters are fully Japanese except for Lupin, since he's a descendent of the original Arsene Lupin, who was French. At the very least, he's half-Japanese, which has been stated a few times.

Hard to see in this low quality image, but there is a face in this fire, probably Peter Capaldi's.

Easier to see in this higher quality image:

Reminds me of the teacher from Kill la Kill.

I'd really like them to bring in the Valeyard if he really is the 13th regeneration. Remember the Dream Lord? That episode seemed like a big hint towards the Valeyard.

If those eyes are any indication, Capaldi could be the most intense Doctor yet.

Those eyes. THOSE are the eyes of The Oncoming Storm. If I were a Doctor Who villain and I saw those eyes, I would shit my pants.

Can't wait to see the intensity Capaldi brings to his performance as the next Doctor.

Kinda-sorta. The 2nd one moreso than the first. Its more like fantasy than a traditional superhero film, that's for sure.

I kinda like to think of it as "Star Wars meets Lord of the Rings. Dark Elves with Spaceships."

I've done it on my cats in order to calm them down. Didn't know it was thought to be a myth, thought it was common knowledge.

I just finished watching Hellsing Ultimate. I find it hard to believe there could be any Dracula or vampire series that could get more insanely over-the-top than that.

The concept art for when it was called "The Snow Queen" looked cool. Then they decided to recycle their models from Tangled.

Compare this:

That would probably make for a good Team Fortress 2 level.

Darcy is pretty much the walking definition of Adorkable.

Yeah, I guess they could if they wanted to. Its HBO, of course they could get away with it. Maybe they're harder to film? Hard to get a shot unless the camera is pointed straight at the vag. Boobs and dicks, they just hang out there. Vaginas are much sneakier, unless they hang like a wizard's sleeve.

Anyhoo, this is a

I think there was only 2, maybe 3 scenes in the entire three seasons where they have showed them.

Of course, one of the scenes was of Hodor's hodor, so maybe that was why it was really distracting.
