Stardock doesn’t even want P&F to stop making GotP, they just want them to sign a document that frees them of any legal repercussions, as well as protecting them from the unlikely possibility that someone more malignant buys Stardock and wants to hit P&F with a bigger, nastier lawsuit of some sort.
