Hell yeah! Homeworld and YES.... I totally forgot about that gem.

Yes! I hadn't even though of Ronald Jenkees or Nujabes. Thanks!

Big fan of orchestral classical music while long hauling in space lots of good youtube playlists, even a couple specifically for Elite. Wish there was an easy way to flip the playlist to metal the second I get attacked by pirates though. I just feel like a sociopath killing space pirates to Bach.

A friend got me one of those a couple years ago, they work great for organizing all the screws and stuff on small electronics (white board markers also a bonus) when you're in the process of tearing something apart and would like to be able to put it back together again. I also do a lot of work on bicycles, so I've

I worked for a now defunct beer distributor in Alaska and we would help clean the lines at some of the bars. It was beyond disgusting how far gone some bars would let their lines go to the point where you'd see beerstones in your beer when poured from the tap. It looked like someone had emptied an unlit cigarettes

Nothing wrong with cheap when it's also elegant and dead simple solution. Now I gotta go check out Adafruit and see what they have for NFC stuff because you just gave me a bunch of ideas with that simple NFC hack.

Yeah I saw LEBDEV or whatever it was called, but that keyboard was also over $2000. A company came out with a keyboard for the Star Wars MMO that had a touchscreen that could work as macro keys in a game as well, but it was also very expensive and if I remember right really only worked for the game I don't believe

I wound up going with the Corsair k90 RGB with Cherry Switches. It was my second mechanical keyboard. My first was a semi generic keyboard I paid about $100 for 15 years ago. As long as keyboards last for me I figured splurging on a really nice keyboard wasn't too crazy and I really love having all the extra macro

Man that is a beautiful photo, the timing to get that shot even if it was with a trip laser is still amazing.

Not so useful in the winter time, but in the summer when I'm doing road trips I keep some screen mesh in the back of my car so I can crack the windows and put it over them so it doesn't get so humid and gross while we're sleeping and we don't get eaten up by moskitos.

I just toss a little Sta-bil in the gas tanks of the mower, weed wacker and generator at the end of the season. Stuff works well, with that said my mower and weed wacker were hand me downs. I'll probably go electric once these break down and I finally have to purchase one.

So..... citation coming in six months then... >.<

I love newegg as they tend to be so thorough with product information and reviews. The only problem I have with them is their shipping to Alaska was really steep not like that would affect many people out there. So I ended up switching and using Amazon for most my computer parts ordering (free shipping). I haven't

Can't say enough good things about bias lighting behind a computer monitor or TV. If you're the kind of person who likes to watch TV or play games in a dimly lit room it will keep you from getting the dreaded zombie eyes. I'm a big fan of the RGB LED 5050 15 foot long strips you can get off amazon. I've got them on

I'm basically in the same boat. I use free remote access software "TeamViewer" and have it installed on all my relatives computers I have to deal with. It works on Mac, Windows, Linux and has free apps for Android and iOS. I've actually fixed a problem on my sisters computer when a big term paper was due while I

Mine was on the list, looks like the password they had was more than four years old. I try to change my passwords for my email and any account that has my credit card number attached to it every six months.

I spent six months riding a bike for an hour at a time for 4-5 times a week before I stepped into a gym. Part of it was to convince myself I could keep with my plans before potentially throwing money away at a gym and not actually using it. So after six months of riding and dropping nearly 60 pounds (caloric
