I can't deal with this episode every time i watch it. i'm crying just THINKING about it.

I made this for dinner tonight. It came out GREAT. I'm not super good at "pounding the meat" (Y'all commenters who are giggling I did that just for you. Comment as you will, if you like).

this is delightful and beautiful, and tremendously well written. Similar to our New England Haddock bake, where we crumble Ritz crackers on top of haddock filets, drop slabs of butter on it, and broil 'til done. I'm going to make this with a side of Bird's Eye broccoli and cheddar steam fresh.
