It was not well spelled out in the article why a false credit would allow Spielberg to continue working on the movie if his union struck. In fact, I still don't understand it, but I also don't really care.
Moulton didn't draw Wonder Woman. That was H.G. Peters. Moulton created the character and wrote the scripts. That's not the kind of error one usually finds on the A.V. Club.
