Ooh, I'd actually love to have been at one of those later shows by Elvis when he was embracing the excess. Obviously the early stuff is more interesting from a standpoint of musicianship, but those '70's dates seem like they'd have been insanely over the top fun.
I learned somewhat recently that my dad saw them at Cleveland Stadium. He said the venue was too big and it really wasn't very interesting.
Same here. I'm sure I would have enjoyed the show well enough, but it's not something that keeps me up at night.

Yeah, but they don't all pass the Bar.
No, of course not. He's getting perks which he has no obligation to share with you, but he is anyway.
You mean Vinces in the Scenic Overlook.
Yeah, otherwise your shirt spills out. Since most talking-heads tv (including Congressional hearings) photograph you from about the chest up, it holds the lapels better in line.
You keep them buttoned if you're going to be on TV.

Any business paying more than twice the current minimum wage is doing so because they could not attract the talent required to run the business if they were paying substantially less. That talent is going to be less interested in…
Me too! My parents got married in early February, and then out I came, six months later.
