This is a script I've loved in the past, but alas it no longer works. Both the userscripts site and the link off to the developer's homepage bring up dead ends.

Multiple desktops, Expose (which is alt+tab on steroids), built in spell check just about anywhere you type, and time machine spring to mind, though I've yet to use Vista sosome of that maybe in there now. That's OS X; the trackpad and guestures on MacBooks is really nice too.

Yahoo kills Chinese reporters. I rank them right up there above Walmart and Verizon as far as evil companies. Microsoft may at times be a foolish company with its disinterest in keeping its products small, stable and secure, but in the end they're not all that bad.

Here's a nifty tip I wrote up about how to create your own radio station with iTunes' smartlists and your favorite podcasts.

I've removed the display area from Firefox, so I don't waste any valuable real estate on "web pages" - I just have 40 or so toolbars installed: Ask.com, Ask.net, Ask.biz, ask.xxx, etc....

I'm sure many will disagree, but 0 credit cards is the way to go in my book if you've got a full time job. I have 1 credit card as I'm a freelancer and can't predict my income, so there are emergencies when I'm out of food or worse, beer, and need to restock between client payments.

I wish iTunes would support plugins...I hate having the Last FM program and things like this showing up in my dock when really they're only being used with relation to iTunes.

You can have your own email address via Gmail even without Apps.

I just sanded down the corners of my monitor, so if I full-size an image it automatically gets rounded corners.

I love the idea that someone has more faith in their ability to back up their own machines vs. Google's ability to store and backup your data on multiple machines.

I find that a healthy dose of sadomasochism does the trick. When that gets boring, though, organizing your wet wipes by size and moisture is always a good laugh.

I also love this feature, both the right clicking and 360-scrolling.

Bummer. I keep getting an "Error! Main Script Execution Failed."

1. Eliminate "daily tasks". They're unnecessary and keep humans like cows dressed up Lucile Ball-like making chocolates for each other to have reasons to work towards owning.

Since upgrading to CS3, I've had real issues with color management. I've never been a pro at it, and previous versions "just worked" (I run a Mac now, too, so it may have something PC/Mac related).

I never understood the concept of having a dock...who wants to "display" there iPod or iPhone like that anyway?

Experience, confidence and ability is also a good thing to have.

Isn't this how photographers get fired?

Sorry Simonjp, but America invented dates, actually, I think we invented time in general, so we get to name it as we like.
