Well you are right. That is because there is no such thing as a sob story for abandoning pets that is justified. I feel that people who take on special needs pets (no matter what makes them that way) are doing God's work. Basically, you're an angel!

I used to be a powerlifter, as well. As a matter of fact, I could do some incredible amount of weights that no other women could get near....and did so getting VERY LITTLE protein from animal sources. So don’t EVEN go there like you have to eat meat for your protein because you powerlift. You are so full of shit.
