Cleveland fan here: I think the Chief has to go, but I want them to find a way to keep the name. If they could do something that honored Native Americans, like the Spokane Indians have done, would be huge. I think a total makeover would alienate too many people, even if they could win the WS.

Agreed. Both can be erratic though, and people were calling for Allen to be replaced earlier this season (and last season too IIRC), esp after the Miller trade.
