He's filthy rich because he was an early investor in Facebook.

Radiohead probably fits that criteria. U2 had big hits after 20+ years which might make them more relevant but not necessarily interesting.

Yeah I don't think anyone was expecting a Shins album to come out any time soon but now that he's said it's done I WANT IT NOW.

I thought we had moved past that bullshit of letting an album sit on the shelf for months in order to devise some perfect "marketing plan". Just release an album when it's done. The hardcore fans don't need to be marketed to and everyone else will catch up whenever your master plan is revealed.

I don't know. I can't begin to put myself in the mind of the people who do that. Also every time I hear someone say "the commercials weren't that good this year" I want to smack them. They are fucking advertisements meant to sell a product. Like there was some golden era when every commercial was innovative and funny

Don't forget women only want pink football jerseys because the actual team colors definitely aren't cute enough for them.

Not to stereotype but women love the halftime show. There are people that that watch the Superbowl for the commercials so I'm sure there are people that watch it just for the halftime show. And I hate being at parties with both those groups of people.

I think I've lost interest in this show. I was all about the murder mystery and focus on the tedium of the justice system but when it became mostly about Naz being a fish out of water in prison it lost me. Although it is always a joy to see Michael K Williams given a prominent part in something.

I've been saying it for years. Donald Glover as young Lando. Make it happen Disney.

Whoa Killam was main star of the show. This is surprising. Definitely a big void to fill. Pharoah definitely got better as time went on but he was always just the impression guy. He's damn good at them but I think you need a little more to be really successful on SNL.

You're not thinking like a movie executive. Their job is to make money. They see another studio do something with their comic properties that makes a ton of money so obviously they are going to try the same thing because they think that is how you make lots of money. Now anyone with common sense knows Marvel movies

Yeah back in '12 he cancelled all his dates opening for Coldplay and some festivals. And he cancelled OVO fest in '14 and FYF fest last year the week of the festival. For a guy that rarely performs that is a lot of high profile cancellations.

I'll believe it when I'm hearing it with my own ears…which will be two weeks from now because I use Spotify. I look forward to the eventual tour which he'll probably cancel the day before it starts.

I think it's the other way around. Exclusive releases like this are a result of the music business being in the toilet. I wouldn't be surprised if Apple paid seven figures for this. Ocean hasn't put an album out in four years and has barely performed live. I think he needs that Apple exclusivity money to keep being a

Ilana's character is a really big feminist though so I think it makes sense from that perspective. She's just pumped a woman is running. She'd agree more with Bernie's views but there is no way she would care enough to research politicians to find out.

TBS?!?! I feel like some TV exec has only listened to Mo Money Mo Problems and thinks they can pull this off on their network.

Yeah pretty sure it's on there now. I think that is how I watched it. It took awhile though.

I've never heard of it happening before. The only thing that comes close is the movie Edge of Tomorrow basically had its name changed to Live Die Repeat when it came out on Blu Ray.

The Christmas special with Jon Ham is by far the best episode. I hope the new episodes are on that level. Looking forward to this for sure.

I always really liked this show but they were always terrible at picking a script. I would love to see it continue just get rid of the team that chooses the people.
