They fall under “social welfare organizations.” They can lobby and still be tax exempt; as long as they, “defend and foster the Second Amendment rights of all law-abiding Americans.” (Which they demonstrably DO NOT do. Philando Castile, Emantic Bradford, etc.) If someone wants to go after their tax exempt status, that

You are not alone. I’m actually an instructor and I refuse to be a member.

Deadspin, The Root, Vox and most of the media at large, are missing the point. The women’s category is the protected class. Not the athlete.

“To say that an XY human can’t compete in the women’s category of professional sports unless they lower their testosterone below 5 nmol/L — a figure that is still 7.5 times the value of the average woman competing at the 2011 and 2013 track and field World Championships and a figure that not a single healthy woman born

There are better athletes to get behind when it comes to this, Queen Serena for one. Is there an overarching issue with the policing of non-european women’s bodies. Absolutely! Is that that case here? The facts of the matter don’t appear to bear that out.

No, she isn’t. She’s intersex.

This ruling deals specifically with 46 XY DSD. I don’t think they’ve ever made her testing public. But, this is how she is affected by the ruling which implies that this is her genetic makeup. She identifies as female and that is to be respected. However, she is not a genetic female under the current rules. (She would

Intersex.  Not, Intersexed...

Sorry, “Intersex.”  I knew that looked odd.  She’s obviously not past tense.  That said, is there any debate about this?  I though this was being taken as fact.

She is intersexed. Is this up for debate somewhere?

She is intersexed. That makes her, clinically, not entirely female. If she wants to compete in a women’s division she needs to conform to a women’s hormonal standard. Yes is it discriminatory, and sexist. But, discriminatory and sexist are the very nature of men’s and women’s divisions for sporting events.

This.  Plus the next one is on the other side of Silverthorne...

Private sector unionism grows by talking in terms of equitable compensation. Top execs need to be brought back below 50x average compensation. (Maybe that isn’t the right multiplier, but it can’t be over 300x, like it is currently.) Better yet, key them off of the lowest paid jobs, versus the average. You’ll notice I

Two minutes into the battle I says to myself, “Self, this whole thing is gonna be dark and obscured because that’s how they cut dollars out of the filming budget.” After that, I couldn’t find a lot of things to be upset about.

I really do want to believe.  But, I just see a reflection transiting the CCD as the lens follows the plane.  Could also have been an out of focus insect/bird, much closer to the lens.

If it is moving directly toward, or away, from you at sufficient distance.  It will appear to stand still.  That said, I’m all for first contact.  Meepzorp/Buttigieg 2020!
