To go even deeper, the police’s job is to enforce ONLY the laws of whatever state or municipality they serve under. None of which may supersede federally guaranteed rights.  This is the only reason sanctuary cities have a leg to stand on.  It isn’t the local police’s job to enforce federal laws.

Never mind the fact that this is likely contradictory to their processing agreement.  Most of them require you have the same price for cash or credit.
