“Surprisingly well” for a car with such low expectations for handling is not the same as “good”

lol why
Get out of here with your facts and logic! They need to control the narrative about how Toyota ignored the literal TENS OF ENTHUSIASTS willing to spend $50k on a manual transmission Toyota.
Ah, sales manager. My bad. Definitely never the sales guy (Infiniti, VW, Cadillac, Audi).
The sales guy generally doesn’t handle pricing anymore; it’s almost always the finance guy. The last 4 cars I’ve bought were the sales guy going back and forth to the finance guy every single iteration.
Tom’s example about the brakes on a CPO BMW surprises me. Part of the CPO process is requiring a certain thickness remaining on the pads, and if it falls short it either can’t be CPO or the pads have to be replaced prior to sale. I imagine that without the inspection and this cropping up quickly, they could have gone…
Yep, believe in a guy who has a potential $750M payout reliant upon reopening society so Tesla can hit certain numbers, regardless of the cost to everyone else.
The fact that they let the Manual out on the market first, probably to give the company time to develop a DCT and also slowly improve the car more with feedback over time, is a good sign. Plus the DCT will mean more N sales, which then means more guaranteed N cars in the future.
Yep. And yet here we are with another article on it, giving them attention. And they get sponsors because of this attention, which encourages even more of this shit.
So uhhh are any of these games any good?
All 3 elevated their games. I think it also made each show more unpredictable and personal, which was awesome to watch.
I think he’s just tired of Bond, and keeps doing it because they keep handing him dumptrucks of money... and he gets the “serious guy” thing because he isn’t shy about his distaste for doing more Bond.
Because Volvos are prettier. By a lot.
Because no one buys them (new). Who knew that automakers would only sell what people will buy!
Chibnall leaves a lot to be desired in general. The newest Doctor is handicapped by such poor writing compared to the previous 3. It’s a shame, because the first female doctor deserves much better.
Depends on the figure, but they range from $100-300 due to size and complexity. Happy spending!
My man, may I introduce you to the Masterpiece line... which is exactly what you’re looking for. They’re high end remakes of the original figures, and guess what! They made some Beast Wars versions. So far: Optimus Primal, Cheetor, Black Arachnia, Megatron, Dinobot, Lio Convoy.
I owned a MK6, driven a MK7, and am considering a MK8. The interiors are near-entry level luxury in terms of quality and style, and the overall feel of the car is a step above the Civic/WRX stuff it’s compared to.
It’s probably closer to the Golf R than Civic Type R, but still doesn’t look as clean/mature as the Golf R.
Good luck with that. The only manual transmission go fast car in this category that isn't embarrassing to drive is the Golf R.
