That's typically not how it has worked in Star Trek, but if Nero's appearance caused a wave of temporal displacement that traveled back in time and kept the "Enterprise" series from ever happening, I'd be ok with that.

But the alt-universe in the movies diverges at a point some 20-something years before the movie takes place. Things before that divergence point—things like Khan—wouldn't be changed.

That art is laughably bad. That middle panel on the second page? Cap and Iron Man look like two sad kids who were just told the school cafeteria is out of pudding.

Javier Bardem would have been a good choice to play Khan in Star Trek if you really had to have Khan in a Star Trek movie again.
