That’s not a breathing machine. It’s an oxygen non-rebreather mask. A breathing machine actually breathes for you, and is known in the medical field as a ventilator.

As daftgiro said, it was indeed edited. I mainly just balanced out the exposures of the RAW image file to make it look like what I really saw. Taken about an hour before sunset, the sky was absolutely stunning.
