My daughter lived right on Riverside. She learned a lot of useful skills, such as: how to turn down drug deals on the daily, how to wash her dishes in the bathtub (the addict roommate trashed the kitchen and just left it that way), that you should lock up all your spoons or they will be stolen by addicts, move quietly

Which is just ridiculous. :(

I really, REALLY hate that open carry thing. I can only hope it doesn’t really become much of an issue, but it still worries me.

I agree. Every single story about a college-aged girl going missing or found dead tears me up. I can’t get their families out of my head. I still think about the 19 year old British girl who was killed going to Virginia Tech.

My 21 year old daughter lives in Austin (she is not a student at UT), and I don’t want to stoke up unnecessary fear, but I feel like there’s always this feeling among parents that Austin is just this lovely hippie dippie town with college hi jinx and not much more. But it’s not. It’s a big sprawling city. The

I’m pretty blown away by it, as well. He acts like a toddler. I’m completely embarrassed by it.

There’s no way I could stop myself from having “what the fuck” face times a million if I were interviewing him.

I KNEW IT! SEVENTH GRADE OR LOWER!

I want him to get a raging, incurable yeast infection in his nether region, and I want him to live to be 103.

Re: Trump’s answer to Attiah.

I was a teen/young adult in the 80s, and I remember the advice about the blush being to apply a triangle on your cheek, and you can actually see it in that last photo. The tip of the triangle is towards your ear. Even back then, even at that young age, I remember thinking it was a bit much, but it’s what we did, so I

Gun ownership and use needs to be like car ownership and use. You should have to jump through the same hurdles, take the same precautions (or pay the price), and carry proof of liability insurance.

I always thought the fact that she wasn’t taken very seriously by the men she interviewed and the fact that she was able to accomplish what she did was because she was female. In a way, she could move about in the world without being noticed much, despite being the sheriff. (Wasn’t she the sheriff?) Being pregnant

I’d say working out is probably at the bottom of the list of the things she does to “look like that.” Surgery and digital photo manipulation are at the top of the list.

You really think those pictures aren’t digitally manipulated to hell and back? Please.

That’s the problem—she clearly does not love her body. It’s been sculpted by surgery so much, her face is not even the same. Those ass cheeks aren’t real. Almost nothing about her is real. And whatever is left that looks human in a photo is airbrushed away.

Except that the photo she used yesterday is an old one, from before she was even pregnant with the second child. Not only that, but she Photoshops everything she posts, and she’s had loads of plastic surgery. Works hard for? Please. I’m all for body acceptance, body confidence, positivity. But this one preaches those

The best response was from some guy on Twitter who said if Kim really wants to shock everyone, she should post a picture of herself reading a book.

I doubt it’s being used literally. Lasso is often used as a verb that just generally means to get a hold of someone, not necessarily with a rope.

TOTES.
