Let you in a on secret, everything is ultimately meaningless.

Understandable. The hot-takes recently have been exasperating. No more Xbox, Switch 2, lay-offs across multiple devs, Ps5 End-of-Life, just so many knee-jerks all around.

I have PC Gamepass, and there’s enough free games cross-plat to justify it’s existence. Got mine brand new off Marketplace(of all places), last year for 200 cash. It’s been a nice little thing to stick behind the living room TV to play games on.

Unless they were being dicks about it, let them dream.

Without sounding too cynical, of course it’s the basis for C-3Po.

Sounds exhausting.

I’ll probably wait until I get it for $15.

To the Crowdfunding Copter!

Wonder if I save my pennies and dimes long enough, if I couldn’t get the Legacy Of Kain IP off Embracer for a cool 150K or so? I’m sure modern Crystal isn’t in a hurry to revisit the series, but I’ll be damned if I’m not.

Eh it’s more of a Metropolis look.

Basic video options dude, I don’t know what else to write here. It’s basic, expected functionality. There’s no need for you to defend this release. Especially coming from Embracer Group of all publishers. Are you planning to buy this product? If not, why not? Boilerplate bullet points do absolve them from half-assing

One thing to keep in mind is the original Tomb Raider games were released for PC and console day-and-date. To remove basic PC options seems like an extreme oversight.

If you had asked me how long ago she left I’d have guess a few years ago.

Talking of playing on PC, it’s definitely worth noting this version doesn’t even bother to have video options. You’d imagine there’d be a range of ways to tweak or alter the updates, or take advantage of modern conceits, but there’s none of it. You can’t even adjust the resolution, so meager and dismissive is this

Think a fair number of devs have anonymously reported that they’re using Switch 2 kits. Or whatever they decide to call it. It’s coming eventually, probably end of this year.

Launch until complete end of support is usually around 10 years, so it’s not that insane. I mean the PS4 is still getting games, and it’s been “checks notes” TEN YEARS!?

Got me there. Should’ve said “Remake” regarding the video though I know that the “Remastered” version was a thing as well. Assumed it was called System Shock Classic, but I guess that’s not the case. It’s called System Shock Enhanced, which just throws another word into the remake/remaster salad.

All this to say it

Think they’re just trying to say “chill” since the games will come out when they come out. Crunch and long dev cycles aside, there’s literally thousands of games to play instead of these, and I’m sure you actively are.

Spiderman 2 is the only thing that comes to mind.

Forbidden West’s DLC is included in the complete edition coming to PC next month, so that’s another one to take away.
