No confusion. I’m aware of the ones you mentioned, that’s why I asked the OP for clarification. Wanted to figure out which version they were talking about. Which they still have yet to do.

Now playing

What? The System Shock Remaster was a massively impressive undertaking. Unless you’re talking about System Shock Classic?

Aveum looked a bit naff, didn’t help that it didn’t run terribly well on anything. Plus with EA backing it, you know any performance issues on PC would never truly be resolved. EA stopped patching Dead Space Remake after a month, and Jedi Survivor is still really rough, so Immortals had no chance.

Haven’t had a version of PS+ for probably 8 years...

Priorities I guess?

They got the games. Or at least they put more budget into their games. And they’re almost exclusively single-player and don’t have tons of DLC. Those are all good things in my book.

Nobody should have to add games to their library from an external website. Which I have to do constantly since the Playstation store is so broken on the actual console. Had to do it again for the recent FF7: Rebirth demo. It’s just plain bad.

You shouldn’t have to do this, but find it on the Playstation website, and add it to your library. With all the smoke about Xbox games coming to Ps5, I’ve really been cheesed at the people that prefer Playstation’s UI. Nobody should have to add games to my library from an external website. Which I have to do

Okay now do Legacy of Kain.

“You need to play for months and months to truly finish your mission. Get ready to play even more of the same shit over and over again, too.”

Honestly it’s the airship battles that keep me from going back again. Those sections are just a slog to get through.

As a fan of the Wake series, you’re right, AW1's combat is total balls. Been trying to force my way through the Remake before getting further into 2. It’s just such a chore. 2's combat is dramatically different, it has some stupid sections, but on the whole is much less obnoxious. It’s more survival horror-like ala

Underwater, in the Sky, and now Space. Wonder what Levine’s beef with terra firma is?

Cautiously optimistic. Last Bio game was Infinite over 10 years ago. Also was the first title I played on my first self-built PC, since it came with my GPU. Liked Bio1 and 2 well enough on 360, but firing Infinite up on a decent PC

I’m half his age, and can’t be talked into doing jack shit. So good for him.

Naw dawg, it’d be LOUD VALLEY, or SCREAMING CHASM.

Call it Quiet Knoll.

Yes.

With Switch 2 rumors swirling I’d wait for a substantial price cut.

Sometimes you don’t gotta do something, just to do something.
