That grille definitely evokes Cadillac in its shape. 

It might also be the relatively large diamond pattern combined with the chrome. A smaller or more intricate pattern, or a more matte finish would look a little less Pepboys.

I think it’s because the top of the grill has no real border, whereas the bottom has trim. It’s an odd choice. 

There’s mostly a lot to like here, but the grille is aftermarket-looking to me. Not sure if it’s because the emblem sits on the hood, but the grille looks tacked on in the pictures IMHO.
