He recognizes those words but he does not say them. His expression is extremely limited and repetitive, so we would have heard it before (esp. because he thinks everything he does is historically huge). And he doesn’t add new numbers to the repertoire. Also, it’s not his tone; it’s passive and slightly dignified.

I am *dying* at her audible sobs. I’m a bad person.

Oh damn. Can you imagine your shitty living room as ground zero for some random celebrity designer feud? That’s just...just.

I feel your passion. I’m there; I just want them to stop sacrificing enduring appeal for carnival themes. The time limit and budget should be exciting in terms of how to make something enduring with so little. Anybody can make a circus for a thousand bucks.

A thousand dollars, yes. But I don’t think that has to translate to actual sand on the floor for a beach theme. I think it would be an enjoyable challenge to make something really enduring and lovely for a thousand dollars—paint in a not-dark brown color, no stapled chairs on the ceiling, that sort of thing.

Control. These people are perpetually incensed that women have any authority over anything, basically. Fetuses are the perfect battleground, because they can pretend it’s a jurisdiction issue and kill women’s autonomy in one fell swoop.

Families is where our wings take dream.

It sucks because Hillary is said to be a hoot (as my mother would say), but she has never had the freedom to bring it on stage because every tiny misstep is beat to within an inch of its life, then brought around and beaten again. People blame her for being too controlled, but if she says a single word that isn’t

God, it’s SO easy to not be caught hustling teens while bleating and judging and trying to legislate against marginalized people all the livelong day.

Nobody is arguing that buying a small gift is a Herculean task. But what if you were expected to buy presents for every green-eyed person you know, over time, but because you have brown eyes, nobody would ever fete you in the same way? Buying a single present for a green-eyed friend isn’t a huge burden. But after the

That’s fair, once you’re in. But I’ll still argue that you shouldn’t sign up.

That is definitely ringing a bell. But there have been so many failures...

Was Hildi responsible for the room where a homeowner just started sobbing at the reveal? That’s my favorite. Second only to the brown room that sent the homeowner into a hot rage.

It’s super creepy and super inappropriate in a way that lets you know he doesn’t have boundaries. The way he responded to you also seems personal, as if submitting an unsolicited manifesto to your class (instead of to a newspaper or on his blog) wasn’t already personal. But he literally said, “You should read this.”

“What’s that Lassie? A white man feels strongly about something? Take me to this well of opinions so I may also think things!”

I can’t possibly know, but the Russia-Trump connection was already in full swing. He knew all that and sabotaged Clinton for nothing. And there was nothing there (in emails), but the implication was the sabotage, so I just think they would’ve found another thin justification for that stupid announcement by Comey.

I have always wanted to be in the Cash Cab. My only true calling is Random Urgent Trivia—every time someone is casually trying to retrieve a name or fact, my mind starts an internal game show where I must figure out the answer because EVERYTHING IS ON THE LINE.

I think he would have found an excuse no matter what. It seems clear at this point that Comey meant to violate important standards to hurt Clinton, and would find a way to do so. Weiner made it easier, but I don’t for a second think that Comey wouldn’t have found another way had Weiner been unavailable as a cover.

I suspect he’s a slizard with charisma, smart except about his dick, and she’s a beautiful high achiever without much humor, smart except about his dick. The doc is worth a watch.

I think if you focused on contributing your own new ideas instead of taking opportunities to detract from others, you’d connect more.
