Sarcasm, right?
Sarcasm, right?
Gators are pretty docile. Plus you can easily outrun them on foot by making sharp turns.
Since oh so many of you failed to understand the point, I’ll leave a general response for all of you:
Laughter =/= critical analysis. The former is the opposite of open mindedness while the latter is compatible with open mindedness.
Someone didn't read my whole comment...
History has proven this statement wrong over and over again. Pioneers have consistently been laughed at until they ultimately present irrefutable evidence. That has happened even when the facts do add up. I’m not saying the kid is right, but there’s is a line between critical evaluation and denial. Scientists have not…
Not to mention the game being played in their hometown...you know...Hoosiers themes abound.
Looks like your comment was dismissed entirely, not just greyed out.
There are more?
I second this.
The good news is that no state would ever try to abolish voting, so voting may as well be a right. No state would dream of eliminating voting. There would be riots because the vast majority of people view it as a right just as you did. Its technical status as not being a fundamental right in the Constitution only…
I have a feeling that this, along with my posts, will fall on deaf ears.
No. There is no portion of the constitution that expressly grants the right to vote. It expressly forbids the right being abridged for enumerated reasons in amendments, but it does not affirmatively grant a right to vote. That is why it was legal to deny the right to vote to women until the constitution was amended to…
It is far far different—both the nature of the right and the burden. There is no “right” to vote in the same way there is a right to bear arms. The Constitution merely states the reasons that you cannot take away someone’s voting power. It does not say every person is guaranteed a right to vote. Common misconception.
It’s still probably unconstitutional, at least when it comes to weapons traditionally associated with self defense like handguns. Felons can’t own firearms. What you propose would be someone being denied the right to own a firearm for something less than being a convicted felon. Maybe—maybe—if the licenses were only…
Alcohol, cars, and marijuana are not Constitutional rights. Big difference.
Why do you think you can't tell us to be high?
Holy hell. That slider....
Obligatory
