I saw Eddie Izzard last year, the venue had a ban on cell phone usage during the show. Surprisingly no one violated the ban, no one seemed to think about it either. He was fucking on fire that night. If whatever you have going on in your life requires you to check your email constantly, you really don’t have the time for concerts, comedy shows, dinner with friends, movies, etc.
