Hey wrong sub. I think you meant to comment on some qanon thing.
I very active in all of the GME subs and have never seen anything referred to as “gay bear”. They are called SHF (Short Hedge Fund). Maybe it is a wall street bets thing. I avoid that like the plague.
i’ve been following the sub since it started. nowhere have i come across the word Gaybear, dont brand the whole sub as anti-lgbt for a few ppl who say it.
No, it’s incensing because they are pushing the wrong narrative at a very critical time. Apes don’t gain anything from sharing what they’ve learned, yet many don’t care or they try and make them out as something negative. This whole article is so degrading, superstonk is nothing but positive vibes to everyone but…
She should try being a Nazi sympathizer or an anti-vaxxer. Those people never seem to get deplatformed. Probably because they’re not doing anything TRULY evil, like being a woman in a hot tub.
Stock price went up 10% with the news
Ah, so we’ve moved on from “normal lives” to just “life” now.
What a load of horseshit. Justify your shittiness however you like, but it just makes you a liar as well as an asshole.
Here’s why I didn’t read any of the rest of your comment:
Great to hear that you liked it. Still need find time to play the new Ys IX, but this game here will always be a top contender for best game on switch for me 🙂
@Old games: If you like older games go with them. If you dont like them you can always upgrade and if you like them you have a reason to replay them with the remaster a few years down the line.
I have not finished the original, but what I played so far (like... a few hours) feels vastly superior. I like my old games and judge them based on other games on that same system. And SD3 feels like a high-budget and high-quality SNES-game, while the Remaster itself feels like a pretty low-budget game, especially…
Glad you took the plunge. It was my first Ys game too, now I’m playing Ys Origin and the Mana games on Switch because it’s so fun.
I had the same feeling when I bought it. Always heard that Ys is good, but back then I haven’t played a single game (which changed... A LOT after this game). It hooked me the very first second. Great music, great gameplay.
I’m 35 hours in. I took a slight break midway through the year, but the game really holds up throughout. Just make sure to savor all the side character development stuff, as this article suggests, it truly is where the game shines.
In the spirit of whetting your appetite further, the article more or less describes the first third of the game. Once you make it to the top of the mountain the plot starts focusing more on Dana and you’re in for a treat.
You absolutely can just jump in without playing the previous games. There are some pre-established relationships between some characters, but I got by just fine with “these two dudes have been best friends for years” without knowing every single one of their adventures together.
Don’t need to play any others. Since it takes place in a deserted island, it creates a nice closed space that feels self contained.
The problem is not bugs, it’s false advertisement. CDPR purposely never showed current gen versions (not even to reviewers), they used PC footage for PS4 “gameplay” trailer. Millions pre-ordered thinking the game is gonna look like that on PS4.
