I have multiple times.  He is not.

There are people voting today who were born the last year he was president. He’s just no longer relevant. How are you supposed to engage a young person when you’re a retired politician who never had any bearing over any aspect of their entire life and never will?

I'm perfectly aware of the difference between tier 1, 2, and 3 ISPs. If you routinely get slow speeds to multiple servers outside of your network it is because your ISP doesn't purchase enough bandwidth. 

This is a bit of a red herring.  The speed “outside” of your ISP’s network are vastly faster internet backbone networks and servers. They aren’t typically whats slowing down your connections.  Also, your ISP is the one who purchaes and arranges for this access across other providers.  You coud run a packet loss test
