As a huge fan of the original and having played itcountless times since I was 11 (when it came out) I have to say I was thoroughly satisfied with how it turned out. I cant wait to see whats next cause now it could be different and that is fantastic.

I dont understand this puchback of still calling her Aeris. She was always Aerith. Thats like still calling FF 4 and 6 FF 2 and 3. Its been corrected for years and years. I get its what you were used to but I personally like to call the characters by their actual name as it shows in a screenshot you yourself posted.
