While the video game controler coment was a bit tounge in cheek, a joy stick with an emergancy stop button would be enough get by situations that may give the computer a hard time. Fly by wire and joystick controls have been used in high performance aircraft for decades.

With drive by wire, does it have to be any more than a video game controler? I can drive the shit out of a a car in Forza with out using a wheel or peddles.

It’s funny how some gear heads look at vehicles and make asumptions. I use a pick-up to haul a boat and a few buddys to the lake on week ends, heaven for bid I dive it to work or the grocery store with out being loaded to the gills.

Why do you need back seats in any car? Pick-ups come in all sorts of bed and cab combinations, Crew cab (4 doors & a full size rear seat) with a short bed is the bigest seller so you see it most often in promo material.

On cold weather rides snowmobile bibs work great over jeans, sweats or whatever. Velcro around your boot tops with zippers up both legs make for easy on, easy off. Coldest ride on a bike 17f, on a sled -30ish.
