I got boobs at age 10, they’d really bloomed by age 12, and I was begging for a reduction at 17 — in Ontario, the functional* part of a reduction is covered by insurance if they’re a burden on you, but my doctor wouldn’t let me have it until I was 18, even though I hadn’t grown after age 14.
