At the scene at the end of the first episode of this season Nora seemed to had went trough radiation
exposure, so my guess is there is a machine somewhere.

Im gonna miss my favorite show but it was a great ending.

Eleanor killing the kid will lead to Marcos anger (over his own history with Gus), and thus keeping Marco on Sonyas side. Its just a ploy to move the plot forward but it works, all in all this season is already looking better than the first one.
