I've always been into older women. I hate young people. Gillian Flynn is my dream girl, I'm equal parts attracted to and afraid of her.

A cat?
It was pretty pointless, but I also found it endlessly fascinating. I had the same feelings about The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle, which I read at around the same time (I must have been in a mood back then). Then again I kind of love most things that I read on some level, even some of the crappier stuff. Just the act of…
I remember a lot about it, but I've probably forgotten just as much. I may need to give that one a reread.
That is the best way I could think of to describe that film.
When I read American Gods I pictured Ossie Davis as Nancy… Of course that wouldn't be possible now, unless the casting director is Reeeeallly good. In any case, I saw him as an older gentleman, although I don't remember if he was described that way or not. Orlando Jones is great though, and super nice.
No, she has. No bias about it.
I remember hearing a lot of insulting comments online about Shiri Appleby's acting back when she did Roswell, and taking it rather personally (I was 11) how far she has come indeed. I really didn't see myself liking her even more than I did then.
I hope that Carlos is at least connected to them somehow. In any case, I'm super curious as to who the hell he is. As for the quieter nature of this episode, it was bound to happen, not every episode has to be a cartoonish bloodbath, there's only so much corn syrup in the budget.
At this point, I'm not sure I care how much they diverge from the source material. I'm genuinely enjoying the story the show itself is telling, even if it is taking its time. I especially like the way each episode answers a few questions from the previous one, then promptly raises more. I've never been a canon Nazi to…
Wow, that fucker has beautiful penmanship.
I've driven through Texas more than once.
I do think fanfiction made me a better writer. When you're working with characters you already know, the words flow out of you in a way they don't when you're trying to create your own. The way I approach my original writing now is to get to know my original characters like the back of my hand (usually by writing…
If they're best friends and not meant to be related, why couldn't his character have simply hailed from Liverpool?
I only sort of liked him in Across The Universe (he was using his real accent there) and even then he was kind of the most boring one. He had a nice singing voice in that movie though, pretty but not too clean.
I'd like to see a show based in Austin Texas, I've always been fascinated by that place.
Well, TDK was pretty metal, and no, I don't care that the internet seems to think it sucks now, they were cumming all over it when it first hit theaters.
I think he's doing great, nobody enjoys subtlety anymore.
He's a talented guy, I think people just hate him because they think they should. Hell, even Sausage Party looks funny to me. A gory, profane Pixar spoof? Why the hell not? Not everything needs to be Shakespeare.
She does have shades of comics Tulip tho, the kittenish femininity and glamour, the southern charm, the hopeless love of Jesse (although she expresses it here in a different way). She just has more agency and overall pizzazz. And she's just a wee bit better at ending motherfuckers.
