Tech data bout the Zero claims 520 hp (five hundred and twenty horsepower) and 476 FT. LBS of torque.

Great, now take it to Baja.

That’s pretty impressive to see the Tesla take a hit like that and still be identifiable. You can see how much energy was involved from the path of the truck.

It’s a car site reporting news about a car. What are you complaining about? Same way Gizmodo reports about new Apple devices, because they’re a tech site.

Those are not the cells that Tesla is making. They are making a larger cell format called a 21-70.

Today, at least.

I don’t think Michael got close enough to the red Model 3 outside of the lobby. It’s not actually a car, a prototype or even replica.

I doubt it, Taco Bell is the only restaurant in the future.

There is actually a good story here, though, for Bay Area readers who haven’t yet pulled equity out of their $1.5 million three-bed, two-bath homes to buy a Model X. That trip from Fremont to Reno (ie, the typical Orinda-dweller’s weekend Tahoe dash): any range anxiety? Did the mountain driving diminish range? Obvious

Check out the amount of solar power in Germany.

next time ask him if it covers you when you leave Cars and Coffee.

I don’t think it’s so much about blame as it is to explain the damage done to the vehicle. The physics in a 50mph crash and a 75mph one are pretty different. Also, you have less reaction time if you’re going faster, the car is covering more ground at a higher rate. Another commenter posted a chart illustrating this

Are you not “allowed” to exceed the speed limit in your car? If my car made me do 55mph on Detroit freeways when everyone else is doing 70+ I’d be pissed.
