I thought it was Alicia Witt (Justified and Friday Night Lights) at first but it's someone else I've never heard of.

Didn't Ginsberg also have a mini-breakdown before a presentation last season and Bob Benson had to talk him down?

I think even she didn't know how to feel about Don being back. She looked both excited and then perplexed when Ginsberg said he was back in the building. I think part of her might've been stoked to have a strong ally in creative to combat Lou and Cutler's cookie cutter approach but she also still has strong feelings

It's funny how Joan was complaining about having two jobs in that office and now Dawn's in almost the same position.

It was Cutler who said Lou was "adequate".

When Ginsberg first told Peggy that Don was in the building, I thought she initially looked somewhat conflicted about it. She looked both excited and perplexed for a moment there.

If he didn't agree to those terms, I don't think he would've lost his stake in the company. He would've just gone back to being a silent partner on leave.

Yup. He alluded to "fixing it" in both this episode and last. Accepting a job at another agency would just be running away from his problems or getting new start like he's been prone to do in the past. This new Don is trying to meet his problems head-on.

I don't see Stephanie or Caity Lotz listed anywhere on the IMDB page for this episode.

Oh no! Hasn't that historically been a death sentence for a TV series?
