I will respectfully disagree. I thought the films from 3 on were outstanding, even just as films. Deathly Hallows Pt 1 is probably my favorite, followed closely by Half Blood Prince.

Different people are in charge of those and mostly left alone. Occasionally WB meddles and those shows take a dip in quality. It’s not that they don’t have talented people, it’s that the execs are incompetent dipshits and they have an uncanny ability to turn guaranteed gold into poop.

The problem is that the people in charge of the TV shows and animation aren’t at all allowed to get close to the movie properties, Geoff Johns not included. I know it’s been said again and again that Bruce Timm should direct a Batman movie written by Paul Dini, and I’ve usually thought it was a dumb idea because their

And yet some people will still be raging about him for years and years to come.

Run along Zach Snyder! You’re free now!

Totally survivable.

Soooo...everyone got out of that strafing run on the docks alive? The guys in the Charger that he rammed and then used as a two-ton flail for the next ten minutes were all fully protected by airbags?

Well the extended cut shows that Lex has been having them killed to...something something Batmans reputation.

There’sa kill count video online, you moron.

You are so very, very wrong that I suspect you didn’t watch the movie. He killed multiple people, not just the flamethrower guy. How about the dudes in the cars he shot up with both the Batmobile and the Batwing? How about the dudes in the car that he smashed another car into? How about that dude he slammed into a

True, but in my humble opinion, basically any story can be a good story if it’s done well enough. Including a story in which Batman is a homicidal super villain that steals children’s ice cream while he burns people’s houses (well it won’t be Batman, but theoretically it could be a good movie). This is the reason BvS

There were at least a dozen reasons to hate this movie before we have MARTHAAAAAAA to mock.

also that dude he throws a crate at in the warehouse fight leaves brain juice on the wall..pretty sure he aint getting up from that.

“Punisher, is that you?”

It may have been the point, but it’s kind of a shitty point.

I thought it was because all the heroes were mopey sour-faced frowners.

You apparently didn’t see the movie. His actions directly caused DOZENS of deaths. And the shitty “knightmare” sequence had nothing to do with them :P

I thought it was because Batman, the World’s Greatest Detective(tm), has a hate hard-on for Superman for literally TWO MOTHERFUCKING YEARS, and yet is caught off guard by the fact that their moms have the same first name.

I thought it sucked because Batman was a homicidal super villain until he finds out that Superman’s mom has the same name as his mom.

Yeah I didn’t like Civil War either.
