Doing heater hoses on my 2007 G35 sedan was similarly awful, though thankfully not through a double-firewall. I replaced them with silicone in hopes that the rest of the car will be long-dead by the time they expire.

Came here to say something similar. I feel a connection with any car I’ve owned or spent a length of time driving, even if its a shitbox.
My parents bought an ‘89 LX-i new and kept it until 2003, then bought an ‘03 EX which my brother still drives with 278,000 miles
My dad traded his 2006 Honda S2000, bought new, for a new 2010 Volvo XC70 when I turned 16. I feel this.
I’m in such agreement. When I take my 2007 G35 Sport to the dealer I see certain parts from my car on brand new vehicles. Sort of helps me feel like my car isn’t as old as it is but something is definitely wrong there.
The snowblower is obviously a barn find as well.
Could be, but even then “Geek Technical Services” isn’t centered.
Something tells me a VR6 isn’t the most reliable generator.
Glad I’m not the only one bothered by the decals.
Didn’t realize this Murano was equipped with the lesser-known VQ35DEez NUTS.
I looked from underneath as David shoved the nut
Some people are completely incapable of taking a well-composed picture.
Am I the only one who is CONSTANTLY getting passed on the highway by Versas doing like 100mph? I’m amazed every time, they must be flat-out constantly.
I used to deliver pizza, I kept a towel on my seat so that the nasty-ass insulated sleeves didn’t soak into my upholstery. If you didn’t do something like that you’d get “the smell”
I am inclined to agree, but I’m also intrigued by the implications of this. Would there be a way to retrofit other existing ICE cars to electric power in the future? I imagine the battery is the biggest concern.
For additional context.
My first major car accident, oh boy.
Yeah, I’m generally not a fan of the two-screen setups & this isn’t great.
I thought they were ugly too, but I saw a black Abarth in person and I’ll admit its not a car that photographs well but works in person.
