BG3 had trouble on XSS due to the split-screen co-op that allowed players to separate and move to opposite ends of the map.

This is a grossly untrue statement. Just because gamepass is a great subscription to have, it doesnt carry every game that comes out. Ive spent close to $200 dollars this month alone on 3 games and who knows if ill spend more on a stealth release.

I love FF, and i’m really happy that SE got the resource to make the trilogy the way they wanted to. Truly, i love these games, and couldn’t be happier with them.

It was timed exclusivity in that the PC version wasn’t allowed to launch simultaneously. As for Xbox, I’m guessing Sony just paid Square to permanently keep the game off of Xbox. There are a lot of Square games that aren’t released on Xbox (Forspoken, Valkyrie Elysium, Tactics Ogre Reborn, Star Ocean Second Story, etc)…

Wish they would just say “Sony paid us for timed exclusivity” instead of this nonsense. If they recognize the fact that accepting timed exclusivity deals is bad for PR, maybe they should just stop taking those deals..?

It is absolutely wild to me that people like this just get the benefit of the doubt. Why? Because he has millions of followers that have made him wildly wealthy by making, to use your own words “intellectually vapid content,” which is objectively what it is.
