The non-plus items are designed with smaller bodies in mind and the plus items are designed for larger bodies and so a lot of the time they don't look quite right.

I use flushable wipes - best purchase ever!! Up here in Canada we've got Cottonelle Flushable Moist Wipes. I get them at Walmart in the TP aisle. They're great for pre/post sex, freshening up whenevs, after bathroom activities, etc. And then you flush em.
