That is fantastic - definitely where the paper/electronic reading market needs to go.

@prn: Wait, you don't know everyone on your friends list?!?

I really like this idea - so long as it's not a one-off confirmation (in case of a friend-of-friend thing) it makes way more sense. Should be fun to watch!

This quote from @mmseng is great: "This was mostly due to lack of helpful content, as opposed to overabundance of recognizable spam." So true.

I gotta admit: this would drive me insane. To have a pile of notes left over after reading a book is almost worse than not taking them. Use a catalog file on your computer or dedicate a notebook to the cause for reference later. (Assuming you want to remember what you took notes on?)

I absolutely love that ceiling! And here I thought wood floors were nice...

@bobkoure: Thanks for the reminder!

This is definitely on my to-do list for the next few weeks. I have an older G4 tower sitting here that I'm probably going to use as my media center - since Plex only runs on Intel, the PPC solution is clearly XBMC!

I'm pretty sure this will be me someday - my eyes are good right now, but I know years of computer use lowers my odds for keeping them forever!
