We run 235/85-16 BGF KO2 on are 2016 Wrangler and it goes every where we want it to and we get almost no mud on the windows unlike the other people we off-road with.
I would let the ACLU know about this because I am not sure that a law where it is the cops word vs. your word are really valid. Just a thought.
I did it in 2016 and ordered both a Jeep Wrangler and a Porsche Cayman, on the Jeep we had to wait 6 weeks or so and got exactly what we wanted, on the Porsche we got one of the last NA 6 cylinder 981's with less content than the dealer ordered and it took 4.5 months from order to delivery. I had one of those new and it was great I put 176,000 miles on it and the only major problem was 5th gear went out. In the manual transmission.
