So I jailbroke my iPhone 5 when evasion came out a few days ago. I'm still on 6.1.0 - do I need to re-jailbreak? Or will evasion update to 1.3 on it's own through Cydia?

That's what the wifi is for - the LCD is in your pocket... on your iPhone/Android device. No use having a screen on a camera mounted on your head - but having the screen in your hands while the camera is on your head is incredibly useful.
