5 or so years ago I was driving home from work and trying to find the Monday Night Football game on AM radio when I landed on a station that was extremely right-wing.  I drove my hour commute home with my jaw on the gas pedal in astonishment.  It shook me to my core what these fucking nutjobs believe.

This pandemic will speed up the evolution of a lot of business processes that have either been waiting for its final death knell or waiting for an opening.  Working from home, for example, has been slowly creeping up in popularity and will become more the norm than not.

Unemployment numbers are some of the easiest numbers to massage and not show the full picture.  I believe this administration stops counting after their benefits have lapsed, if they had them at all.  This is absolutely not a Trump-only deal, just a statement that unemployment numbers dont tell the full story.

Oh man, the dealership stuff you can argue all day long about how deserved or not their demise is, but MEGA fuck those parking lot chains.  ACE parking here in San Diego, as mentioned here, can rot.  They buy up all the property here and if someone so much as has a birthday in downtown San Diego, parking jumps to 40$…

I encountered this last week.  My car is fantastic in all other areas, but if it sits for a few days, it takes a few minutes to not have a lag when hitting the gas.

My water drinking has all but stopped.  I used to constantly be drinking something at work, generally water or sparkling water, but it was at all times.  For some reason doing that same work from my kitchen table, I am not remembering to drink, like at all.  So I set a timer to remind myself to drink water.
