For other lawyers slacking off at work today — any thoughts on why she filed this under federal statutes instead of FEHA? I can’t think of a good reason.

I’ve been doing this with Avengers and X-men (both original lineup and Uncanny) and it’s terrific. Even the goofy one-off villains have their charm. Although it is tough to get some titles. For example, I can find X-men Vol. 2 for under $80 anywhere, so I just skipped that book and jumped to Vol. 3.
I’ve had similar issues from John Wayne to Albany, and for me the major sticking point is that the price is just really prohibitive. I’ve tried abating that by flying into New York or out of LAX, but no matter what it’s always a huge dent for my wife and me. This will be the first year I miss out on going back for…
