Man that is messed up, and right after he shoots Richie Incognito, I really think we need to take his guns away from him.

As a Pens fan who watched Karlsson play against my team in the Conference Finals last year, I disagree with this take.
Not sure about your point here. You state that Erik Karlsson is the most-overrated player in the league, and as a supporting argument you claim that he’s not the best in the league? So that’d put Erik Karlsson possibly at #2?
There’s not many skaters in the league that could completely take over and dominate a game. Karlsson certainly is one.

I grudgingly admit Crosby is the best player in hockey (at least over the past 15 years), but Karlsson and Methot practically dragged the sens to the Conference Finals last year. I think Karlsson is appropriately rated as one of the top 5 blue-liners in hockey.
Can I ask why you say he is the most overrated player in the league? Granted that living in MN I only see Ottawa a few times a year on TV but I watched quite a bit of the playoffs last year and he seems like a pretty solid offensive defenseman that could also shut down some of the other team’s better players.
Sad how soft modern hockey players have become.
there’s a good chance a kid might read this and experiment with LSD.
Hawkeye here. I ran the club Hockey team there in the 1990s. Every year I had to fight tooth and nail for $1500 per year in funding. I would have to submit a report every year to justify it. The only the other club team that received that much was the Ultimate Frisbee team...
I have never watched hockey. Ever. I can’t explain why, really. I just never cared. But my kids were curious about the sport when we accidentally flipped to this last night. And between my valiant (and failed) attempts at explaining the rules and the frantic energy seen from the players, we were captivated by this…
So... before 1984?
The finals are going to come down to which teams awful 3rd pairing (Ian Cole & Jeff Schultz for Pitt and Brendan Dillon and Roman Pollak for San Jose)play better. Those are some bad, bad hockey players but they are going to get about 13 to 18 mins each in every game. If one else of those pairs can keep pucks out of…
were you in cryostasis for 2009?
It’ll never stop being amusing to me the incredible hatred people have for Sidney Crosby. Guy is arguably the best player of his era.
