I can say as a huge Doctor Who fan, it is a wonderful show that I feel has something for everyone.

The line that launched a thousand memes.
Ah yes, that is why the Wavebird controller remains so easy and cheap to acquire.
"I feel weird, but also good!"
Awesome. Do stay away from us if that is the kind of person you are.
Or no budget to do the ending they originally wanted to do, as was the case.
Haha. I don't know if I could take the level of fan hate being a Doctor Who showrunner would entail. But I appreciate it. :P
I think also so much of it was down to budget. Giant bugs are expensive. Sad they did not somehow tie it in with another, more cost-effective threat.
They also probably should have kept the Doctor's age consistent and not played merry hob with The Master's back story. But meh, the show evolves and changes over the years.
I tend to go with the idea that the Valeyard is the meta-crisis Doctor. We already know Ten is kind of a nutter if you push him, strand him on a parallel Earth with Rose Tyler and no regenerations and he's bound to crack eventually. He has all The Doctor's memories and experiences, but was cast out and exiled for…
It's really chique these days to brag about what you don't watch/intend to stop watching.
"Wow, a human being has died, I am going to be a grandstanding dickhead about it!"
Okay, hear me out with this one. About a year before the film actually came out, there was a teaser for this movie. Basically 4 guys who are really drunk and/or high sitting around in a cabin, rambling incoherently about time travel logic and Stargate fan fiction while John Cusack gets really mad and curses at…
I like the combining of the delightful ridiculousness that is Series 7's 'Up the Shard' with the over the top ridiculousness that is the Doctor-Master boat chase.
"Newly Declassified CIA Document Says Ben Franklin Was A Security Risk....To That Booty"
I'm going nuts because they just seemed to pick an arbitrary ship to put in the background of this graph (On top of the omissions too many to list). Why does TOS have DS9 in the background?
So you really don't understand the difference between first, second, and third party developers?
"so, despite what you may think, I do comprehend that there will be and have been tonal changes to the show over the years."
That was the part where you put an argument in my mouth.
Second question (It was hard to find in your wall of indigence using analogies instead of substance to back up your position), I would…
Yeah, I see your position, but three episodes is hardly anything for you to condemn an entire era. I cant condemn all of ice cream after three spoonfulls. Your position doesn't make sense to me. Also, way to put arguments in my mouth without me actually stating them and making wide and reaching presumptions about me.
How can you hate something so much if you could not be bothered to watch it?
