He's seriously making the audience pay for it? Sounds like a real Cop Out.

Just more proof Al Jean sucks. The last episode plays out as an extended version of the opening theme and it ends with them all sitting on the couch as Homer turns the TV off.
No, that would be sexist.
I was expecting more diverse media examples from this. You could fill entire videos with comics, anime and video games. God of War put enough women in refrigerators to fill a Costco.
I don't think it's even close.
"What's going on, honey?"
"Man talk." *slaps ass*
— a literal scene from Goldfinger (that literally happened)
Part of it also seems like he's trying to convince himself she was just a "bitch" to numb the pain.
Watch this, it's interesting how massively in quality some of these differ despite being fundamentally the same trope. There's a pretty sizable gap between Casino Royale and Cliffhanger.
The goal wasn't "deep cuts." The goal was using music as an emotional anchor to Earth in a film where everything takes space in outer space. That doesn't work if you deliberately pick a bunch of songs nobody's ever heard.
That's one of the things that made him such an inspiration to goofy kids and goofier adults. Robin Williams made it OK — and even fun — to be different, odd and even a little kooky. And for a lot of kids like myself who were (are) into anime and video games, knowing Robin Williams, of all people, was into Evangelion…
When Evangelion 4.0 comes out I'm just gonna be sad Robin didn't get to see it :(
I don't think it's possible to give the editing in this show enough praise. The "You don't have me on camera signing it."/"What kind of lawyer am I, signing this without reading it?" is without a doubt the best execution of comedy through editing I've probably ever seen.
The Under Pressure with David Bowie is really bad, to the point that I agree with that guy. But the live version at Wembley? Fuck his stupid ass.
