How many of us would rather have the classic Jeep?

The safety cell of the Smart does keep the passenger compartment more or less intact but . . . You can't rewrite the laws of physics. All of the kinetic energy of the Benz is transferred to the Smart and vice versa. Since the Smart has almost no crumple zone that kinetic energy is translated into motion. Mercedes'

There are plenty of valid reasons for unions. When I'm told not to work hard because it'll increase our production quota and veteran people get pissed off at me we have a problem. Oh and teachers that just don't give a damn but can't be fired because they have tenure. That's the one that really gets me.

I think 45th is probably an improvement from where we were with Granholm at the helm. That said our current elected officials all suck regardless of party.

Oh there's plenty wrong with the republican party. I just tend to identify more with republicans than democrats in the state of MI due to my stance on unions and my personal union experiences about how it creates extremely lazy workers and inefficient work environments.

If that happened Michigan would become republican and that would significantly affect the next election and the direction of the state. imokwiththis.jpg

Fangirling a little bit too hard about the fact that he's a) in Watkins (I live just south of there) and B) that he was in an Si, which is my daily driver

No no no no no no no no never please god no v6. 99% of driving pleasure from the Si comes from its K24 engine (extremely high strung 4 banger)

The cars in the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge are "showroom stock" so outside of the expected rollcage, stripped interior, etc. there are very few modification done to them.

honestly, fwd > rwd when it comes to technical tracks (typically) never understood the hate of fwd. You literally can throw the car into a corner and floor it and it pulls you out.. which is some cases is faster than if you throw or smoothly throw a rwd car through a corner and slide through it. #realtalk. And no I

How about a lift kit??

I think the real problem is the name and the expectations that come with it. A jeep branded RAV/CRV competitor with moderate off road ability is a good idea. Calling it a Cherokee so a bunch of guys want to see it serve the same purpose as a previous truck with a live axle in the front less so.

"This Jeep. Really sucks. We're disappointed."
