Personally, I think that Apple's stance on pornographic and obscene material is one of the few reasons I would actually buy an iPhone. I know most everyone here disagrees with me, but I'm one of the few people not opposed to censorship especially when it comes to sex and obscene violence.

@stryder100: Really, the devices are fairly close so your ultimate decision should be more of an AT&T vs Sprint thing. In my area Sprint and Verizon are the only two carriers with sufficient signal. Additionally, for the family plan I have, Sprint is significantly cheaper than a similar AT&T plan.
