Unfortunately, not everyone is so enlightened. There are many societies that aren’t so understanding. However, I wonder how people would view your decisions to educate yourself, travel or whatever if you didn’t have kids at all. Well I can honestly say that mothers have done the same. I feel many times that mothers feel like they have to make non-mothers feel badly to justify their own decision. Maybe that's just a flaw of being a woman or just being human. Not sure how much of this men do.
